Objective

  • Align India leadership team on Value cascade process
  • Enable leaders and managers to apply new values framework in performance assessment

Design

  • Interview a cross section of leaders across businesses including MD and his team
  • Gather business situations applicable from MD to First line managers linked to values
  • Present the findings and the construct of value cascade to the top team
  • Design and roll out series of interactive values workshop focusing on identifying and assessing individuals on the new values framework

Impact

  • Immersion across levels – MD to Area sales Managers
  • Consistently high scores given by the participants for all the workshops
  • Leaders and managers were extremely comfortable in using new values framework for assessing employees as per HR surveys and focus groups conducted later
  • The intervention was shared with and adopted by the global talent team of the client organization for cascading values in other geographies
