Objective
- Align India leadership team on Value cascade process
- Enable leaders and managers to apply new values framework in performance assessment
Design
- Interview a cross section of leaders across businesses including MD and his team
- Gather business situations applicable from MD to First line managers linked to values
- Present the findings and the construct of value cascade to the top team
- Design and roll out series of interactive values workshop focusing on identifying and assessing individuals on the new values framework
Impact
- Immersion across levels – MD to Area sales Managers
- Consistently high scores given by the participants for all the workshops
- Leaders and managers were extremely comfortable in using new values framework for assessing employees as per HR surveys and focus groups conducted later
- The intervention was shared with and adopted by the global talent team of the client organization for cascading values in other geographies
