Objective

Design

  • Identify 3 critical capability areas for the top team through diagnosis
  • Create a design focusing first on self discovery and then on capability building
  • Get a buy-in on development areas from Global Talent Head and India Leader
  • Design a 5 month intervention using 2 days of group coaching on self and career, skill workshops , mentoring sessions and refreshers after 45 days of practice sprints

  • Movement of 40% of the batch to bigger/global roles within 12 -18 months of intervention
