  • Refresh the existing values framework to align it to the growth agenda of the organization
  • Create competency framework for critical levels within the organization with values embedded

Design

  • Understand the business strategy –current and future
  • Conduct a series of conversations with employees and their customers
  • Work with the Senior Leadership to redefine the Values and related behaviors
  • Translate the complexities of the broad role bands into competency requirements, in line with Matrix of Work
  • Design the leadership behavior framework around complexity for ease of application

Impact

  • Framework was used for internal assessments to create succession bench-strength
  • The competency and culture code was integrated with the Talent Management process in areas like acquisition
