Objective

  • Assess the High Potential top tier talent of an Indian global conglomerate to select for a fast track career path for CXO level roles
  • Suggest customized development approaches on the basis of their capability maturity curve

Design

  • Participants underwent the MCPA™ and LPA™ validation conversation to determine their current capability and capability for the future. In addition they got insights into their strengths and development areas
  • Conducted a group process to debrief the participants on role transition using the concept of work level
  • Conducted a group debrief on complexity of work, time horizons of decision making, nature of differentiated contribution
