Objective

Design

  • Facilitating leaders to meet some of the best finance heads in the country
  • Facilitating Pragyan’s Trust process to surface core people related issues and agree on team norms
  • A 2- days Alignment process was designed using the principles of Appreciative Inquiry and Dialoguing
  • Assigning specific roles beyond function heads to individual leaders to lift the game up
  • The design included visualization techniques, discovering, debating and agreeing core passion and capability areas of the team and providing feedback with respect to “helping and hindering” behaviors
  • Discover blind spots in terms of strength and development areas in an ongoing Team Coaching sessions

Impact

  • Creation of Organization 3 years future state with 4 core facilitative behaviors
  • Identifying and allocating 5 Strategic Themes to Leadership Team members linked to the realization of future state
  • The movement in the priorities for year 1 linked to 5 strategic themes is on target
