  • The culture code’s unique attribute was the simplicity in language. The competency framework had to be simple and effective across the various levels of the organization
  • Design the leadership behavior framework around Thinking, Feeling and Action dimensions for ease of application

  • Framework was incorporated in the global talent process and got implemented in all geographies
  • Framework was used for internal assessments to create succession bench-strength
  • The competency and culture code was integrated with the Talent Management process in areas like acquisition
